Eligible charging products purchased on this store are covered by a connected equipment warranty: if a covered product, under normal use, damages a device that is properly connected to it, we will assist with repair or replacement of the connected device up to the stated coverage limit.

To file a claim, contact support@ankerdeals.com within 15 days of the incident with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.
